As a tenant, you can log onto our secure portal to pay your rent via ACH and submit support tickets/request repairs. You’ll get a login and password.

Should a problem arise with your home, we may ask that you take a photo of any issues and email or text it to us so we can quickly determine possible solutions that we can recommend. If our attempts prove unsuccessful, we may need to send someone to your home.

We believe in creating a clean, safe, and secure home for all our tenants. We appreciate learning about any issues as they arise so they can be addressed properly and efficiently. Small problems that can grow need to be fixed early, saving everyone time and money. We do offer a la carte services to our tenants if they don’t want to attempt simple fixes such as winterizing homes, unjamming a disposal, resetting a GFCI, or other maintenance items.

You’ll be getting periodic emails with reminders to check smoke detectors, change filters, and clean gutters and floor drains.
