DMV Property Management believes in efficiency which requires fixing problems correctly the first time, having a good relationship with all parties and contractors, and managing their clients’ properties as they do our own rentals. Included in $100/month per property. Yes, we know it’s far less than most companies charge.

  • Collect rent from tenants through our secure portal via ACH.
  • Send the rent to our landlords very shortly after receiving payment from tenants via ACH.
  • Address tenant questions/concerns.
  • Address landlord questions/concerns.
  • Hold the security deposits in our bank account (that meets the criteria required by local jurisdictions).
  • Provide landlords access to all accounting and finance records through this website 24/7/365 and an annual 1099.
  • Coach our tenants through a fix if/when possible. E.g.: fixing the garbage disposal by pushing the button on the bottom to reset it. This saves our landlords thousands of dollars.
  • Coordinate repairs. Note: these repairs are only for new issues, not preexisting issues or major renovations like a flooded basement.
  • Send a periodic newsletter to tenants with good information about caring for your property. The newsletters include reminders to change the air filters, batteries in smoke detectors, etc.
  • Advise on disbursement of deposit at the end of the lease.
