About
Jim Roy and Lan Yin have a combined real estate experience of more than 45 years and have closed well over 2000 transactions. They’re avid investors and landlords, too. The managers and staff at DMV Property Management have extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate. This includes listing and selling homes, advising landlords, finding and screening tenants, construction (renovation and new construction), foreclosures, home valuations, and so much more.
As they helped their clients build their investment portfolios, the need for an outstanding local property management company became evident. To ensure the high quality service to which their clients were accustomed, Jim and Lan created DMV Property Management.
